TOTORA
Book Shop
Totora is a gastro – book shop located in Llanes (Asturias) offering Peruvian graphic work and gastronomy.
The “caballito de totora” is a type of reed watercraft used by Mochica and Chimú Peruvian cultures which has remained over time and constitutes a representative symbol of their identity.
This watercraft is used on some beaches of the Peruvian littoral to surf waves in a very similar way as surfers do on the Asturian coast.
For the development of the project, both cultures were researched in order to create all the graphic elements of the identity.
